SCRIPTURE:

How many of you face a shattered dream?
Friends, there are so many out there who feel like they face a shattered dream. I don't know if you are feeling that way. Even if you do feel that way, it so important to continue to dream! Never give up on your dreams whether it is in relationships, academics, career, etc.

You may be thinking, it's easy for him to say, he's not in the situation I am in. You are right in saying that, I am not in the situation you are in. This does not mean, I do not face obstacles.

We all face obstacles in life that can hinder our efforts but we do not have to face them alone. I want you to know that JESUS CHRIST is REAL and HE LOVES YOU and wants to help you. Please do not give up on your dreams but hold on. For God loves you so much and wants to give the best for you.

Don't let anyone discourage you from being what you want to be. It does not matter who you are, you can be successful with the Lord on your side. When others say, 'you are not fit for this job, you cannot make it through, you are too old, you are too young, no one will hire you, I cannot believe you are training to be so and so', don't let that get to you.

You are loved by the Lord just the way you are. You can be victorious with Jesus Christ. There will always be those who look down upon you but you shouldn't pay attention to them. Remember God gave you a precious life and you can use it to be the one He wants you to be.

When you think it's impossible for your dreams to come true, just remember that God can give you a new outlook on life. That may not be the outlook you were hoping for but you will come to realize that there is joy and blessings waiting for you. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow who can work in your life.

In His timing, He makes everything new. Lot of people do face shattered dreams for one reason or another but with the Lord on their side, they need not give up because Jesus can take them where they need to go for He knows what is best for each one.

His blessings in your life can make your dreams come true or bring you to a place that will make your perspective change filling you with joy and happiness. I know for I have been there!

Surviving Shattered Dreams (Read Colossians 2:9-10)

Facing a shattered dream?
Making you want to scream?
Seeing your life melt away like ice cream? ( I Scream )
Cause your life is going downstream?
Know life seems hard to face?
Sometimes cannot yourself pace?
Feels like you are sprayed with mace?
Always losing life's race?
Counsel awaits, our Counselor will take your life's case!
Though you feel so tense?
Surrounded by life's iron fence?
You don't need to become dense,
Giving up on life hence!
Jesus will be your life's BEST DEFENSE! (Psalm 59:16)
As you turn your thoughts to him, you will sense! (Jeremiah 33:3)
He will be your permanent defense Counsel! (Isaiah 9:6)
Winning your cases and making your life full! (John 10:10)
From Satan's sin controlled sentence, He will you pull!
To know, enjoy, experience Lord's love, life won't be dull!
Please yield to him your life! (Matt 6:10)
He will help you through the strife! (Rom 8:28)
Your heart He rings! (Revelation 3:20)
He is the King of Kings! (1 Tim 6:14-15)
To you peace, Jesus brings. (John 14:27)
In life now you will mount up with eagles wings! (Isa 40:31)

PRAYER:
Lord Jesus, I love you so much. Thanks for loving me. Thanks Jesus for knowing everything about me. I trust in you completely Lord. Many of us face shattered dreams Oh Lord. Sometimes it makes us want to cry and give up completely. We are hurt inside knowing not what to do. I turn to you Lord for people whose hearts are hurting and whose words are IF ONLY. Lord I yield myself to you. You can take care of us all at the same time. Thank you Lord, the devil won't be able to hurt us. We got the power in your Name OH Lord. Many situations seem hopeless as we are praying, but who are we Lord to understand your ways. Thank you Lord when we walk with you even in fiery trials, your hand is beside us. You are going to lift us up. Thanks Lord for giving your life to us, wretched sinners. We can be lively again! IN YOUR NAME I PRAY LORD, THANKING YOU FOR EVERYTHING. AMEN.

If you want to be a soldier in the Lord's army, you can become it right now. Now is the time of Salvation! You do not have to wait but can pray this prayer and give your life to Christ to serve Him daily! There is no draft but coming to Christ is voluntary. He loves you so much and wants you to come to Him! He will take care of you, guiding you and leading you!

Prayer:
God I am a sinner. I am invaded by this deadliest virus. Many times I feel so guilty and yucky inside. I need forgiveness. I am so sorry for my sins. I have not obeyed you with my whole heart! I have gone my own way and done my own things. I still struggle with sin. I need you Jesus in my life so I can receive forgiveness and a new beginning. In the process, I can forgive others as you help me to. Thank you so much Jesus. I accept the antidote you have sent me. I believe Jesus you died for me and your cleansing blood will cleanse me from all my sins. You came back to life to save me. Thank you God I am set free, free from the bondage of sin. Hear my cry Oh Lord. I accept you Jesus into my heart. I make you my Lord and Personal Savior of my life. Thank you Father God for giving me Salvation. Thank you Jesus for coming into my heart and making my heart your home. Thank you for living in me Jesus and I will live for you and serve you the rest of the days of my life. Thank you for being my Lord and personal Savior! I can live a life of peace with you on my side. Thank you that you have heard my prayer and answered me! In your Name I Pray Jesus! AMEN! Thank you Lord for answering my prayer. Amen!!!

Friend, if you have prayed this prayer and meant it in your heart, you are a new creation in Christ and all old things are passed away and everything has become new! You may feel something or may not but don’t base it on feelings but base your new life in Christ on the promises of our Savior who will never leave you nor forsake you! Amen!

Spend time in His word and let the Lord speak to you! Start out in the Gospel of John! You can also check out the Gospel of Mark which are the devotionals I have been going through. Learn from Jesus through study and prayer. Also find yourself a church fellowship and a college fellowship you can be part of where you can be part of a community of believers to supplement your own walk with the Lord. Let it be a Bible-believing and Bible-breathing church! Believe in Bible Live Eternally!
