Questions to Ponder for 'This Day in Biblical Verses: 1:1'”

Editors Note: Every single Bible verse needs to be taken in it's context. Our hope is that by reading the Bible verses pertaining to the day, you will be curious and read the whole chapter of each book of the Bible mentioned here and memorize the verses. We hope you will use the questions to ponder and reflect on God's Word.

Questions to ponder after 1:1 verses:

When you think about blessed people, what comes to your mind? Is it similar or different from the blessed people, mentioned in Psalm 1:1? Why?

When you think about Jesus, what comes to your mind? Is it similar or different from the claims being made about Jesus in Mark 1:1? Why?

What do you think existed from the beginning? Is it similar or different from what is mentioned in John 1:1? Why?

When have you used the 3 senses of hearing, sight, and touch at the same time? How is it similar or different from how the 3 senses have been used in 1 John 1:1? Why?

The beginning of the good news about Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God (Mark 1:1, NIV)
