"'P.S. I Love You' is a touching family drama about a woman who loses her husband due to an illness but continues to get letters from him even after his death to help her go on.

'P.S. I Love You' has a scene of male nudity, couple of bed scenes, and 17 instances of bad language but overall is a touching drama that can be watched over and over again minus a premarital sex scene. It addresses issues such as love, grief, death, and happiness.
