What political party is really for African-Americans and people of ethnicities! Pittsburgh Standard Presidential candidate John Kerry is from Massachusetts and courts the votes of African-Americans and people of different ethnicities that his party is a party of diversity and inclusion. Yet, no Democratic administration recently had so many ethnic minorities in its administration as the Bush administration has. So, you have to really wonder what will make African-Americans change their mind about the Bush administration and the Republican Party. When an African-American was asked about his dislike of the Republican Party, his response was that African-Americans are raised to hate the Republican Party by their parents and grand parents. They are taught that the African-Americans have no place in the Republican Party. If African-Americans go to the Republican Party, they are seen as Benedict Arnold among their own people. Whatever happened in the past by people of the Republican Party, this party now is a party of diversity and inclusion. Regardless of what the Jacksons’ and Sharpton’s of the Democratic Party want you to believe as an African-American and wants people of different ethnicities to believe, you all should know that the Bush Administration does care for your needs too and values African-Americans and people of all ethnicities inputs too! Top positions in the Bush administration have been given to people of different ethnicities. It is time that African-Americans and people of other ethnicities realize that the Democratic Party has not done much for them as the Republican Party has if we look at the statistics. It is not even about what Party you should be part of, for what is more important are issues and who will better represent you! Do you really believe Kerry will better represent you from Massachusetts? If you really believe Kerry to represent you from Massachusetts, ask Kerry to go to Williams College and speak to people of ethnicities there and renounce what a particular faculty member has been accused of against African-Americans. Williams College has been filled with racist controversies. The issue at hand is what a faculty member at Williams College did through her actions when she said she did not want her field to be 'used as a nigger,’ This statement is coming from a tenured college faculty member in a liberal state such as Massachusetts. Why should Kerry go there? It is Kerry’s state and if he is really for African-American people it will show or if he wants to use them for their vote, it will show too! When the Byrd tragic incident happened in Texas, then Gov. Bush had to address that situation. Kerry, you should make time to go to Williams College and renounce what the faculty member did but don’t tell us that your party is a party of inclusion and diversity and the Bush administration is not! At least the Republican Convention had speakers who did not completely agree with the Republican Platform, but at the Democratic Convention, it was so exclusive. There was a time your party did not even allow the late Gov. Robert Casey of PA to speak at a Democratic Convention because he was Pro-Life. So don't tell us that the Republican Party will hurt African-Americans and people of other ethnicities and only the Democratic Party can save them! Express your view
